Hi! I'm Lindsay Osmulski, LMT, owner of Zen Balance Massage and Bodywork LLC.

I am a licensed massage therapist proudly serving Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough counties in our great state of Florida, since 2005.

I specialize in Deep tissue, Sports Therapy, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage, Neuromuscular therapy, Relaxation techniques and more.

I am committed to providing a clean and relaxing spa experience, and above all, I am committed to providing the most professional and therapeutic techniques to each individual client and their needs. Your comfort and safety is my top priority.

I provide customized 60 Minute, 75 minute, 90 minute, 105 minute, 120 minute, 135 minute, and 150 minute massages, with the full length of time hands-on at a flat rate.

All massages are customized to each client's needs/preferences. Services include Cupping, Hot towels, Hot stones, Biotone Dual Purpose Cream (with Arnica and Ivy extracts), Almond oil, Sombra warming/Cryoderm cooling gels, and Aromatherapy (choose from over 50 essential oils) provided upon request!

An array of modalities can be incorporated into your session tailored to your individual needs.

Premium services with a small up-charge can be added upon request.
